Does Cashbuild know what service means.

On the 21st of October, I went to purchase a gumpole from this establishment. They have a free delivery as we are about 1 km away from the shop. They came to deliver a gumpole a couple of days later, which was fine with us, however the gumpole that they came to deliver was not the 100 mm size that I paid for but on both sides of the pole it measured 70mm and 80 mm. I asked them to bring me a pole that is at least 100mm, as this is what i paid for. We started getting busy on my side, so left it as we got busy with other things that needed to be done. I have phoned them last week and they do remember the incident but till today, i still have not received a phonecall from the branch or anything. There service is non-existent.
