Disgusted

<p>Went to cash build C*****dene on the 13th of may 2017. Bought 10 cements and paid at exactly 10:20 in the morning. I spoke to a very useless manager who promised that they'll deliver my cements today still as I had explains to them that my workers are not from here but Tembisa and they'll be coming tomorrow to work. She assured me that the next truck that goes out will deliver. I then went back home and waited and then at exactly 13:20 I called them asking what time they'll be delivering, they told me they cannot deliver as the manager sent their drivers home since it was raining. I asked them that if I didn't call then what was gonna happen? They said manager is out will call me when she comes back and she called me at 15h00 saying that they can arrange to transport but I have to pay the transport driver. I told her I cannot pay a transport driver as they are supposed to deliver for free(thats the reason I went to them anyway as they are close to my house) she then said if I can't pay then I'll have to wait for Monday, I told her it was not an option as I explained that the cements are needed tomorrow she was very rude interrupted me while still taking. Unprofessional and definitely need training. After she dropped the call I then drove to the store and she was inside, did not even come out. I spoke to one of her employees. I told them to refund me and i'll get the cements where they can deliver today but he said they closed their tills they can only do the refund on Monday. This is after telling them that I work and I come back home at 7h00 in the evening and by that time they are closed and that's why I came on a Saturday. I then left without an apology or speaking to the *********** manager who sends her employees to do her dirty work.</p>
