Disappointing service received/damaged bricks on arrival for delivery

On the 31 May I ordered bricks Order no .ID WEB-10278 from cashbuild Protea Glen and on arrival some bricks were damaged and the driver returned back to the store with them. I then emailed the store of which Store Management – Mpumi Khumalo / Patrick Ngobeni agreed that on my next order they will send it with my replacement bricks however that didn't happen with my order no. WEB-10438 delivered on the 11th June even after informing the store on the 10th that I have made another new order and expecting it to be delivered with my replacement bricks. The Store Management – Mpumi Khumalo / Patrick Ngobeni read my email I send on the 10th June as I received a report however they choose not to respond nor send my bricks to date
