Disappointing Service

On Thursday the 15th November we went to buy building material the the Cashbuild Bergville. And we were told that the delivery will take up to 3 days. We were also given an option to use the drivers outside the store for quicker delivery, which we did. When we go home we found out that the window glass was cut smaller(not according to the the measurements we gave them. roofing sheet was also shorter( which was our fault) . I called the store on Friday morning to inquire about the solution. I spoke to Daryn who said we only need to pay for the deference in prices, bring the incorrect glass, they will come and collect the incorrect sheeting and deliver the correct one. We did as instructed. Got to the store and he told us to wait for the truck going to the same area as us. Waited the whole day and when the truck finally came, we were told that the glass will not get in the truck. We had to organised the transport to take it home and it was already late for us to come back. Went there again on Saturday. Surprise surprise now they cant go and collect and deliver because we did not use their trucks. Which was something that we discussed when I made the phone call and was told that its not a problem. Again we had to organize the transport to go and collect the sheet and deliver at an extra cots that we did not anticipate. Very much disappointed about the service . For a store as big as this, I expected better .
