Disappointing Delivery Experience with Cashbuild Lydenburg

I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service provided by Cashbuild Lydenburg. I placed an order on 11/11/2024 and was promised an expedited delivery as soon as they receive the special order, which arrived at their store a week later, however it took a lot of back and forth phone calls and all I was being told was, my order will be delivered the following day, which ended up being 2 weeks. The poor logistics management is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, especially when it comes to delivery. Cashbuild Lydenburg failed to meet those expectations.

Unless they seriously revamp their delivery service, I would not recommend Cashbuild to anyone.
