Disappointed
Customer service was the poorest I ever experienced, I asked for a qoute, and was told by the lady at till to wait for one of colleagues who was outside. waited for 10 minutes until I asked where the gentleman was. only for her to begrudgingly ask for my paper and assist with quote... How inconsiderate and unfair her treatment was towards me.. That is not how you treat people..
