DELAYS AND UNTRUTHS

In absolute disbelief how a business is run so shoddy! Went to the Dawn Park CB on the 20th of July 2021 and received the most amazing service from Cashier: ***, she was incredibly helpful and bore incredible advise for me. I finalised the order with her and made payment. I was then routed to the Manager, Tlokotsi, where delivery arrangements were made.

Needless to say that I left quite happy, hence the 2nd star: would've been a 5 star rating if the following had not occurred.

The situation started turning sour when deliver of the items were not made on time, thus delaying the building process and incurring fees for the delay.

I'd ordered 5m of concrete sand and they only brought 3, I then advised them we'd been desperately awaiting this delivery and the builders couldn't proceed without it. I was then told that the delivery would take place on the 26th. I waited for the entire day for the concrete mix and nothing in sight.

I am in absolute shock as to how business is allowed to operate with such deceit and lack of professionalism!
