Damaged bricks and Timber SABS

We bought 3000 bricks from Cashbuild Tembisa North on 07th August 2015, the people who delivered the bricks have seen that some of the bricks were broken and when they were asked they advised we need to report the matter to the store for replacement. The matter was reported to the store within the 03 days the goods were delivered. We were told that they will investigate the problem and will report back to us because they did not receive that report. Follow-up were done several times and we are taken from one pillar to another.<br> Secondly on the goods that were delivered for invoice of the 22 August 2015 No.CRS*** I was told that one of the Timber SABS 50x76 of 6 meter was broken, they will replace the timber on Sunday the 23 August. On Monday the 24 August I went to the store and reported the matter. I was told that they will check with the delivery guy and will come back to. Until today both of the matter has not yet been resolved. <br>
