Damaged and not packaged geyser

On the 25 September I went to your Randfontein branch to buy a geyser and today I found the geyser being delivered without my knowledge, when I got home I inspected it and it is not packaged at all I it has lumps all over its body the side part fell while inspecting and we where given some other parts by hand not even in a plastic I spend so much to buy that item and I'm not happy with the delivery and the damaged item itself, i want you to please one collect and give me my money back so that I can go where il buy items worth my money. I wish I could upload the photos.
