Daku Square CashBuild -worst service!!!

I am appalled by the service I received from the CashBuild in Daku Square.I ordered material on the 27th of February.The guy who was helping us said that the material would be delivered in 48 hours,ie the 1st of March,latest the 2nd of March.The delivery wasnt made on the 1st of March and I called on the 2nd of March to follow up and the lady I spoke to promised me that the material would be at my house on the 2nd,around 12pm.At 3pm nothing was delivered and when I called again I was told the delivery manager/guy was still on lunch.After a few minutes he called me back to reassure me that the material was on its way.Today is Saturday,the 3rd of March.We woke this morning to no material being delivered,upon calling them this morning they reassured me that everything that I ordered would be delivered.I waited and when the delivery was made only my cement and brickforce was delievered.The blocks-that wasnt delivered.The service is poor and the lack of communication really is a put off.Time is money,I have a building project that needs to be finished,the lack of urgency shown by the staff needs to be addressed.
