CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today at 7:56am, I bought building materials from cashbuild Ennerdale and asked that concrete mix to be delivered before 10:00 then the rest of items to be delivered during the cause of the day. <br> I was promised that they will arrange for the concrete to be delivered. When I called them just before 10 I was told that the delivery guys haven't arrived as yet but they called them they will deliver. Up to now I'm still waiting 1:16 pm. I feel not valued as a customer and since they new that their drivers are not in I was suppose to be told that they are coming in late to give me an option to go buy somewhere. My builders left cause I waisted their time.
