Customer Complaint

I went to buy hardwares at Cash Build in Olievenhoutbosch, Katlego refused to let me pay under my address which is under my brothers name and is already in the system at that point I had already paid. She made me wait for an hour to rectify all of this while ignoring me and she was very rude. She can't address customers at all. She was shouting at me and she told me that she's a supervisor and no one can tell her anything.
