*****ed by cashbuild

I went to buy some material in cashbuild letlhabile last year December they took long to deliver I then cancelled the order and asked for refund I used cash to buy but when i cancel they told me they will transfer the money into my ACC I provided them with all the necessary documents but they told me about 7 working days but even now I am still waiting for my money it hasn't been deposited I spend money to go to cashbuild inquiring about the whereabouts of money and no one seem to care the staff will refer you to head office which is also money spent if it was me I'd say stay away from cashbuild in letlhabile they don't know what they are doing they are loosing customers everyday but they just don't care I'm one of the people who'll never set my foot there
