Cosmocity cashbuild store

We have a problem with a manage at Cashbuild Cosmo City. He treats employees unfairly and customers. EMPLOYEES: He is xenophobic, comparing us with people who are not from south africa we are lazy, we are not ambitious he doesn't see growth in his store, people are lacking in there departments. We have been s****fed by our previous manager. He contradicts himself by giving us tasks when we do them he treats us like fools Infront of customers and fellow employees. He denies us to train on new departments. Policy of cashbuild doesn't allow that because people neglect their current departments. We feel like his not fit to be a manager after what his doing to us and we are not making sales because of his attitude and behavior to both parties employees and customers. He found people training in different positions they had to step down because of his treatment. CUSTOMERS He has favouritism. When you pay with less money and ask for discount he denies on the spot and not saying that to customers himself but send employees to do that and we will look as bad people, just to protect his images.complains he lets people who got key position to solve that he will go sit in the receiving area.
