Concerns Over Account Miscalculations and Supplier Treatment

I am writing to formally address an ongoing concern regarding the handling of account corrections and the conduct of your Accounts Payable Team Leader, Didi Sithole. As a supplier to Cashbuild, we understand the standard deductions of 2.5% for rebates and 1.5% for discounts when settling accounts. However, when a credit transaction is due, Cashbuild still applies these deductions, despite having already benefited from them. When we attempt to correct these miscalculations, we are met with resistance, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior from Didi Sithole (contact ***0 & ***). It is unacceptable for a supplier to be treated with such disregard when raising valid financial concerns. Instead of engaging constructively to resolve discrepancies, we receive threats of demand letters, making it difficult to maintain a professional working relationship. Furthermore, when we escalate these concerns, there is no willingness to assist, nor are phone calls returned. We expect fair and professional treatment when addressing financial matters. I urge you to review this situation and ensure that concerns raised by suppliers are handled with the necessary professionalism and respect. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter.

Reviewer Update
Hi Vennesa,

Thank you for getting back to me. I would appreciate receiving a written apology from Didi Sithole regarding the unprofessional conduct and disrespectful communication I experienced while attempting to correct the account discrepancies.

This matter has caused unnecessary frustration, and I believe a formal apology is appropriate given the circumstances. I look forward to your response.

It's a pleasure.
