Compliment Hombisa

I would like to give a thanks/Compliment to Hombisa Ngono Manager from Mtata Cental branch how she handled my complaint. She treated me in a professional manner my query was dealt immediately.

Where I had a complain regarding delivery that I needed to wait for people needed their material to be delivered since in October still not delver. couldn't understand why and what type of customer service is that. I was in shock there are people who bought material in October/June still not delivered.

However, the lady explained to me why due to rain and etc. and made sure my material is delivered the same day.

I really appreciate your time and effort to make sure the material is delivered on time.

We really need leader's/managers like you in this industry. Thank you so much and God bless you.
