complaint

I ORDERD 3DOORS ON 5/10/2020 and was promised delivery for Saturday and it never happened i phoned several times and all the time I was told the driver is on his was but the driver never arrived he only came on Sunday morning with wet stained doors of which I called the the door and they collected the doors but no feed back whatsoever till now of when i will receive my door. I had paid someone to fit the doors and now i have lost my deposit and still i dont have my doors , i must say the service is pathetic to say the least . the reason i ordered online was to to avoid exactly that
