Complaint

I was in the store friday morning at around 8 and there was a queue,we stood on the queue for quiet sometime while the store manager didn't give any attention to us as she was busy on the phone and apparently she was the one who was operating the till, that on its own its bad customer service, customers should always be given first preference as we are the ones bringing business to them not the other way round.
