Cashbuild stories when they have to be the one to pay your money back

Im soo upset right now, I bought material from cashbuild makhaza ,I payed via efc through the campany account ( lightstone construction and projects) they called me saying they received my payment (great) they delivered my material now I had some material left I returned them they took it and kept my refund since I still need to buy some other things from them ( great),,, I bought the thins I needed from that balance now I was left with the balance of R900 which I needed since I dont need more things from them,,, they requested for me to bring account number of the company: I gave them Bank statement of the company : I gave them Waited for 4 days for my money I heve recieved it intead they requested the company registration papers ,was so upset coz that time I was paying they did not ask for all that nonsense. But any way because I need that money.: I gave them the company registration documents and I have to wait another 3 days for me to get the money if I get it....and they thought that im full of **** when I ask them for their company registration documents....because that time I was paying them R24000 they never ask for all that nonsense
