Cashbuild sells sub-standard material

My husband bought a shower from Cashbuild Cosmo City on the 10th of October 2018. They checked it and said that they are checking to see if the glass panel is in tact because they receive alot of returned glass panels and breakage complaints. This comment alone makes me suspicious that their goods are useless. While it was being installed it just shattered into "glass dust". The panel did not fall it just shattered into a million pieces. I am livid, we bought from Cashbuild thinking that it sells quality material and have been extremely disapointed. My husband went to the Cosmo City Branch this morning (11 October 2018) to discuss the matter and request another glass panel and they refused to even engage him on the matter. I have pictures of the shattered panel and will post them. What an utter mess, Cashbuild probably gets the lowest grade material from China and peddles it to unknowing customers!!
