Cashbuild refund

Good Morning I had terrible service from Cash Build in Vosloorus Pick and Pay Shopping Centre Sam Sekoati Street Ext 9. In 2021 October I took a Gift Card with them where I transferred money into that Gift card montly. I lost the gift card in November 2021 went back to store for a replacement card sent from pillar to post. Now I went back to the to request a refund because I bought the items i wanted elsewhere.
