Cashbuild Northam not worth a visit

I am utterly appealed by the service of the Cashbuild in Northam Limpopo. I get that it's a bit rural here, but seriously you need to say no to new shops, if incompetence will be the order of the day to new offices opening up.

Firstly, my mother who is well into her 50s was left to carry a 20 litre paint on her own. While workers remained chatting and looked on. This resulted in a fall, bruising her all over and agrivating an ankle. We have photos taken after the incident. This is unacceptable.

I also feel that the price of pallets change at will, going from R15 to R207 in a few weeks, which I do not understand.

But my main concern at this incredibly *********** shop is that your staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and seem more interested in furthering their social relationships than offering a service they get paid for.
