Cashbuild motherwell bad service

How disgusted i am with a service of the Motherwell branch, it is my first and last time buying from them even any branch because it may be the same operation they have. All they care about is making sales but failing to deliver to the customers. Having guts to lie aswell, and how rude they were to my builder when he also went to check how far they are with a delivery!! The time was past 2pm and lies, lies and lies from them when i continued making a follow about my delivery of only 1 pallet left from the order of Tuesday which also failed to be delivered in time. I was making follow-ups since too 12pm the sales told me the truck is out on delivery he doesn't know where are they by this time, is been out since morning as per the sales! Which wasn't according to the delivery guys as we were confronting them, by too 12pm they were still in the store. Wednesday only we received short stock, and supposed to receive others from their supplier which also failed. Only Thursday we received the stock and i started building my fence. Friday early delivery was done, thinking they'll be back with the 1 pallet left but not. Then Saturday early delivery we expected but not, the delivery was after closing time, whereas my builders have to wait so long, panicking because it was almost the whole day. The rain showering at them aswell they can't leave the work here because they have to be some where else, this is their bread. Though Cashbuild is playing with it!!! Not never ever I'll make this mistake of making sales with thus company!!
