Cashbuild Meadowlands horrible service

The most poor service I got today Cashbuild Meadowlands firstly unfriendly staff just talking to each other I had to greet for the second time and using a universal greeting in English the worker by the name Mekuliseni decided to rudely greet me in venda and I dont speak venda when I ask for cement the guy just shakes he's head and not give me feedback on what they have I had to go to other employees who showed me different options and I opted to go for mixed plastering sand I asked multiple times if this sand is mixed with cement I was assured its the correct one it doesn't get better I waited for a very long time just to pay and the staff doesn't seem to be bothered not even putting the customer first they are also buying their own things making me wait longer when I got home and opened the bag its just sand with no cement what kind of service is this its absolutely ********** if I could rate less than 1 star I would do that...
