Cashbuild Mafikeng branch || Worst customer service ever!!

Cashbuild mafikeng branch gave me worst customer experience I've ever got yoooh.. no communication from them at all. Made a purchase of roofing material on 24 Jul 20 and lady said i'll receive my goods next Monday or Tuesday following week. those days past by with nothing, i called them Friday and got some rude guy telling me the lady should've told me it takes 4-5 working days for customer to receive their goods, said ok its Friday today and i bought last week? he then said there's no timber and he doesn't know when it will come. been calling the branch till now still waiting for my goods, left my numbers for the manager to call several times but till now m still waiting.. the manager is either went out for lunch or busy on a call when I call. what frustrates me is that m not in mafikeng now otherwise i would've went there to demand refund.
