Cashbuild Mabopane bad

The service is bad so bad I can never refer anyone there . Cashbuild Mabopane to be specific . Yesterday I went to buy maxi bricks and cement which cost R17000 for 4K bricks and 20 cement as I was about to go the lady who is in charge for customer helped me and asked me she wants to reduce this and cut cost I ended up with free delivery for the the 4K bricks and the price was reduced from 3.70 to 3.12 and we decided to add more cements which in total was now 26 cement the guy who helped in karabo was so not interested at all and he misled us .. this morning I got a call from some guy telling me he’s coming to deliver the cements he wants me direct him I directed him twice but he’s busy talking to someone in the back ground and I’m busy answering him about deliveries for Ga rankuwa I then told him please call me when u want me to direct you bcos u now talking to 4 people how is that possible . He didn’t introduce himself but bcos I know we expecting cements I’m assuming it’s cashbuild there’s no professionalism in that warehouse except the lady who is in charge of customer care she played her role
