Cashbuild Local, Poor Local Free Delivery

I have started making use of Cashbuild Heugh Road, Gqeberha for my renovations this being the closets store to my house, and I'm starting to regret it.

I now have builders on site waiting for material, and before you make excuse for 'delivery time', how is is possible items that were ordered Monday are still not being delivered today (Saturday), even worse wrong number of items delivered for those you were able to deliver, each time my builder went to enquire at store he is told item's are loaded to truck and will be delivered ASAP,

Maybe you should just tell people to collect their items instead of waiting on your always delayed 'free' delivery, ..PS, all items that were sourced from your suppliers e.g. sands, bricks these were delivered a day or two later,

I have used this store before and this was not the experience, as it stands I'm sure Builders would do a better job at deliveries than this even if i have to pay for the delivery, it will be worth it
