Cashbuild in East London refusing to deliver purchased material

In December 2023 and January 2024, I purchased building material worth +-R470K from Cashbuild in East London, with the person supposed to be my builder (Lucky Given Mkhabela). Lucky had a cashbuild card, unknowingly by me, the material was brought under his card. Now, Lucky Mkhabela has disappeared and Cashbuild is refusing to deliver the remainder of the material to me without him, they delivered some but R+200k material has not yet been delivered by Cashbuild. So people must be aware of the cashbuild in East London when buying material, making sure they check everything if they delivered everything because you will buy 250 bags of cement and they will only deliver 30 and never come back with the rest.
