Cashbuild Hillfox - Service untill they have your payment

Cashbuil Hillfox - placed an order on Monday to be delivered on the Friday. I was told that I would be the first delivery and they would deliver no later than 10am.

9.45 I called to find out where the delivery was, only to be told that there was no delivery for that day. They would check and come back to me. Shortly afterwards, I received a call that my order was being loaded.

I made it clear that I would now have to reschedule with my clients and asked how long would it take as Randpark Ridge is 15 minutes from them. Told 45 minutes.

I clarified that if they are not there in 45 minutes; they need not deliver. I will come past for a refund.

45 minutes later, no delivery.

Before 12, I went into the store to ask for the refund, only to be told that it's out for delivery. Can they still deliver?

Then they started phoning to find out where their vehicle was.

I confronted the manager who had told me 45 minutes, the reply... you know these guys.

Don't buy from them. The only part they seem to be interested in and do diligently is to take your money, making promises they do not intend to keep. There is no management supervision of the deliveries and frankly, the attitude of the guys is just passing the buck to someone else.
