CASHBUILD EMPLOYEE INCOMPETENCE AFFECTED MY HOUSE

I am writing to file a complaint about Cashbuild. I recently purchased 1970 roof tiles from them and had them delivered at home. During the delivery we requested that the delivery guys place the tiles in back of the house, but refused and said they only place 1 meter, they then put in front next to the wall which end up causing damage to the wall. As a results, the wall has been demolished . This is unacceptable treatment and it will cost me money to repair the wall which was demolished due to their incompetence . They work with tiles they know how heavy tiles are, my mom is a pensioner does not know how heavy tiles are, I also don't know, but I expect them to know cause an employee knows his/her company product. I am requesting that Cashbuild reimburse me for the damage of the wall.
