Cashbuild ****** in Mogwase Rustenburg

Cashbuild in Mogwase harbours nothing but a nest of pure Mafias and ****** who feast on the uninformed and ignorance of our people .My concern comes after me and my fiance went to open up an account for building material at this store in December 2018.The loan was approved by Nedbank and material to the tune of R50000 was issued .After extending our house we realised that we we were given stock that worth R12000 that we didn't need .We then approached the Cashbuild store in Mogwase to return the extra materials and in return expecting a reimbur*****t of the returned materials .It was at this point that a lady called Mathapelo told us that Cashbuild doesn't do refunds and that we needed to come in and sell the stock ourselves to any willing buyers at the shop to get our money back .At no point we're we told of any grey areas we might incur and that the solution thereof would be such a ********** process .I find this very unfair towards customers and think that South Africa must take note how business is flawed at this company .Also need to know if the National Credit Act and the FICA act is aware of the trade processes at this store .I would appreciate if I could be called back with a very clear effortless process on how to get reimbursed or will be left with no option but to approach my lawyers. ********** 156/ ********** 450
