the name of the staff member who delivers on exceptional customer service is Human. Every single time I have been helped by Human he goes beyond and above of good customer service. He is friendly, professional and always listens to what you need. I am a woman and do not always know the terminology to use when it comes to building, but he is patient and very knowledgeable and doesn't give you the "run-around" . He should be appointed or nominated as the manager of Customer Service teams.
