CASHBUILD

SM Mthata East <***> I requested a quotation from Mthata East Cashbuild by sending my sister.On receipt I phoned the company asking for bank details to deposit,only to be told the quotation was not from them but made in Cape Town.Alas,I never made a quotation in Cape Town!I asked a friend to request a second quotation,got it but was different from the first.I paid only to find the business does not have all the requested goods.They asked me to write them an email to the fact that they will invoice me for what they have and pay the rest to my sister to look for the other goods somewhere.Now they don't want to pay her or me as they say the money I paid into their account now belongs to the friend who requested the second quotation.What is so difficult in paying back the money to my account where it came from.I don't know the manager but am extremely frustrated as I was preparing that house for my graduation on Oct 25.I will definitely discourage any of my close associates in doing business with CASHBUILD MTHATA EAST,both as punishment for ruining my GRADUATION and as a lesson to the STAFF.
