Cashbuil Ennerdale robs loyal customers

On Saturday 21 August 2020, I went to Cashbuild in Ennerdale to purchase a new geyser. To my surprise when the plumber installed the geyser he noticed that the geyser is leaking and the thermostat was missing. My husband went back to Cashbuild to inform them about the missing part and Cliff the sales person advised that he will get the manufacturers to come out and install the missing part. To add to our frustration Cliff advised that the suppliers will come on Thursday. Cliff than decided to give my husband the Thermostat to install. We once again had to get the plumber in to come and fit the part, only to find that the thermostat given does not fit into our geyser. This is now Tuesday. When I arrived home from work I decided to go to cashbuil myself to speak to Cliff. He basically took the matter very lightly until I asked for his managers email address for me to log a formal complaint. Cliff than offered to exchange the geyser with another one if we can return the first one. I asked him who is going to pay the plumber to take the geyser out again and install the new one? My husband is in collage and has already missed two days because of this. If I take a day off who is going to cover my salary for that day?

1. We wanted the geyser to be installed over the weekend because we can't stay home during the week. 2. We paid the plumber for his service and time, of which he had to come out twice, the second time as a curtacey because he understands that it's not our fault that Cashbuild messed up. 3. Cliff only decided to replace the geyser with a new one when I threatened to email hiss manager. 4. I paid for a geyser and basically got an enormous water bottle. If this matter is not resolved before the end of this week, I will lay open a case against the store and I want my money back I including the plumbers fees.
