Cant help or Wont help?

I walked into Cashbuild Jubilee mall in hammanskraal at 8:30 on Thursday 23 May 2019 and an hour later i still havent been helped. Went in to buy Lintols and a pallet of cement. Find a guy named Jerry who says to me he can help me with lintols because they are too heavy, a whole employee saying that to me. Now I am contemplating driving all the way to Build-it because everyone in store is not interested in assisting me.
