Building nightmare

I’m not happy with the service first I was told a truck broke down and I had to wait hours for a delivery to be done!! I was held hostage for hours on hours for delivery to be done and I still had to collect my daughter I couldn’t move because there was no communication at all!! I hate that place! I was the one that needed to call to find out what is happening! This is *********** behavior at it’s best!!!
