Broken promise

Good day Went to cash build Benoni to buy building material every thing went well paid on the 20/11/2017around 12pm I was told that delivery takes 2to3 days but was not told that its gonna be half half so disappointed @ cash build Benoni had to call them and remind them about my order .spoke to morris he never mention that my order was gonna be short
