Bas Service -Cashbuild Uitenhage

I bought material from Qonce to be delivered in Kariega on Saturday 22 July, today Wednesday the 26th there's still no delivery. I called the system supervisor today at 15H29 and I was told she is at shoprite I must call back after 5min, I called after 10 min and left a message and she didn't call back. This has been happening since the beginning of the year, even last month it was the same thing. I have paid and I must get the delivery without having to chase after uitenhage staff.
