BAD SERVICES

IMPORTED MESSAGE: Please note the bad service we as a company has received from Mark Scholes Operations Executive of Cashbuild. You are in the wrong, your product that you supply is of bad quality, as you have replaced one set, you acknowledge that its bad quality. The second set you send, rusted with in one week. Now you have the audacity to refuse to refund us the steel door frames. As a contractor that was renovating Cashbuild stores, we were “forced” to buy from you. In one store, we buy SALIGNA SOLID BB DOORS for R951.32 (Vryburg) and R1,247.93 (Kuruman). I then had to purchase 2 more doors and got a quote from Vryburg Cashbuild for R621.95. We purchase 28 doors, Kurumans Invoice was R17,471.00 and Vryburg, R13,318.47 If I calculate this we were over charge with R 13,374.87.
