Bad service, poor communication and DISHONEST!

It has really proved to be a frustrating and painful exercise, loss of money and time. They are not honest with the clients and truly we may pay less at CashbuIld but its at the expense of good reliable service that you would receive at Builders warehouse or Leroy Merlin who are honest and reliable. I placed an order for 5500 bricks which was placed under direct drop from the yard. NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL ME IT WOULD TAKE 10 DAYS TO DELIVER THE GOODS. if that was the case I would have gone elsewhere, now my project stands and I am losing money by the day.
