Bad service from Cashbuild Mossel Bay

Service received from Cashbuild in Mossel Bay were terrible. Ordered tiles weeks before delivery and make payment. With delivery my tiles were sold.... I received 3 different batches of tiles after several contact with the owner, Hansie the manager and Vickey the area manager no success of finding the matching tiles. I have phone and also visit their branch without any success not even a phone call or an excuse in the end I have to tile with different colour tiles but this will be an advertisment for Cashbuild as I will tell everybody who visits me about their bad service and products.
