Bad service

Went to buy a few things from Cashbuild Lichtenburg. I was not assisted at all, instead of getting what I went there to buy, I got more than what I bargained for: 1.bad attitude 2. My husband got a laceration from the zinc and poles lying on the floor. 3. I was refused to use the ladies by a trainee Sebongile was her name. She refused to load the items I wanted to buy on the trolley, she said I should do it myself. She then left me standing there with my husband bleeding from the injuries he sustained without even showing interest to check the depth of the injury. Sebongile was laughing and giggling with the other male assistant. Making fun of us while waiting for them to assist.

I asked for the store manager they said she had left. Geena van Wyk was also not eager to assist.
