Bad Service

I bought a few items at Cash build Vosloorus on the 9th July including concrete mix, because the concrete mix was from the warehouse, it was not delivered the ff day, Sunday 11th the looting happened, I called the head office trying to find out if the delivery of the concrete mix will be done, up to now nothing has been done, Stephen from Dawnpark branch called 2 weeks ago took down my details and promised to call me back and didn't, even yesterday I called he promised to call me, still waiting. I understand the looting caused problems, but still I'm also a customer who expects feedback at least. Their service has been terrible. Harriet
