Bad service @ Cashbuild Southgate

I was left frustrated and disappointed after i visited Cashbuild Southgate on 27/08/2024 11:09. On the list of products I bought there was a bulb. After paying I was told to wait as they are fetching some of the products as they do not put items inside the boxes. 30 minutes after waiting, I was told that the bulb is out of stock and I must wait for them to do return. I was on lunch, I did not have extra time to wait as the staff was sending me from 1 person to another. I had to leave the shop without them returning my R97. I hope you will address the issue of placing boxes without products inside.
