Bad service at Cash Build Krugersdorp

Was in the shop for about 20 minutes asked multiple employees for assistance and was told they will be right with me. Waited for them to come assistance me but no one came . Worst part in the same lane that I was waiting 2 employees were just standing there and one of the employees was one of the previous people who told me they will be back to assist in 5 minutes. I guess was not important enough to assist
