Bad service and attitude

I got a quote from Southgate last week and went today to have a few amendments done in it. First the delivery amount was incorrectly supp**** after explaining where I live when the address was asked. Secondly incorrect cement was quoted and a new quote had to be done. Thirdly one guy said he would squeeze in half my order for to morrow and the balance on Saturday. He was quite nice about doing that favour for me. I then called and mentioned the money was transferred into the account because it was Std to Std and I was sure there wouldn't be a problem. When I spoke to him this morning it sounded like I was on drugs and he mentioned that I should it with the proof of payment. I live in Walker villeins and do.payroll and don't have time to drive around. The other lady did also advise if I use the reference number they would pick it up fourthly I took a Stanley blade in so I could get more blades but that was supp**** incorrectly and I couldn't do my cupboard as I was hoping to to do. I must say the Manager made them change the deliver charges but I still feel this is now the second incident with Cashuild. Please could this be sorted because when I spoke to the guy I.immediately asked my helper to come tomorrow and Saturday so they can start with the paving. Your response is highly appreciated.
