Bad service

I have been going to Cashbuild (Sam Ntuli Mall) for a few days in a row as I’m building rooms in my house. I have to say the service is appalling from the moment you walk in to leaving the premises. The cashiers are rude, the employees are very lazy it looks as though there are on a go slow. I had to wait for an hour at the door because security(Siphiwe Mpanza) couldn’t find one guy to help me load my material in the truck, it was for a 2nd day in a row having to wait for someone to assist me. The service has to improve
