bad service

I bought a solar geyser from cashbuild deipkloof square soweto on 13-May-2023 and had it installed same day. this geyser has not been working since day 1 till day neither with solar or electricity, no hot water. I have been running to cash build for 2weeks now with no help. finally yesterday they sent guys to come fix the geyser & after finishing their work this morning till now the geyser is providing no hot water. when I asked for my money back I was told of warantee of wich I do not need fixed anymore I just want my money back. 3week no ho****er & am not getting any solutions. this is the worst service so far for me with cashbuild. cash build diepkloof sqaure sold me a dead geyser & now they don't to give my money back & take their dead geyser back.
