Bad service

I bought building material ( 30 cement, 7 pallets on maxi bricks and 4 lentils) on Wednesday afternoon paid for delivery and was told that they'll deliver within 48 hours. Friday afternoon I decided to go fetch 10 bags of cement because the builders had to start with the foundation and I asked when will my material be delivered and the said tomorrow meaning Saturday. It's Monday today and yet nothing was arrived why use one track for the whole of orange farm/ drieziek/ ect if they cannot deliver today can I please get my money back let me go buy somewhere where I can get my material today. Work cannot continue without bricks and cement. They must refund me and they cannot do they job
