Bad service

I’m very disappointed with cash build service in Kwazakhele Port Elizabeth . My mom requested for a refund and submitted all documents needed last week Friday and was told the money will reflect within 72hrs till today my mom has not received anything. We went to the store today to enquire about this the lady said we must wait up to 10 working days. I mean why would a refund take that long and we need this money urgently
